Overview
Director of Partnerships - Northeast
Fullbloom is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as the Director of Partnerships - Northeast for our Catapult Learning K-12 line of business. Reporting to our Senior Director of School Partnerships, the successful candidate will cultivate new and expand existing business relationships with public and non-public districts and schools to grow services and products, including tutoring, intervention, summer school, professional development, and mental health.
Responsibilities
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the sales cycle for assigned territory, from target and prospect identification through contract close.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and in-house Proposals Team to ensure seamless operations.
- Prospect Identification and Attraction: Identify targets and prospects for Catapult Learning sales. Generate leads via targeted marketing campaigns, current customer referrals, and relevant conferences.
- Sales Planning and Oversight: Develop and drive a sales plan targeting attractive prospects to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Proposal Development Leadership: Collaborate with the in-house proposals team to lead the development of sales proposals.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with directors, district leaders, school board members, community leaders, and other influential constituents.
- Key Account Strategy Implementation: Implement key account strategies to drive new and expand existing business.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in regular planning and strategy meetings focused on growth efforts.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify attractive markets that align favorable funding frameworks with FullBloom’s suite of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- At least seven years of related sales experience with K-12 solution and service-based models.
- Deep understanding of K-12 buying cycles.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries.
- A proven track record in motivating, measuring, driving, and expanding sales.
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and pipeline management.
- Experience supporting and developing relationships with public school leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Pay Rate
Starting from USD $115,000.00/Yr.
Physical Requirements
This is a remote role and will require 30-40% travel. Compensation will include salary with attractive commission structure.
